Homemade Salsa

Making homemade salsa is great for many reasons. Not only can you make it to tickle your taste buds, you know exactly what ingredient's are going into it. No added preservatives. We eat salsa on chicken breast, eggs, rice and use it for many dipping options. I use the following ingredients, however, I never measure them. I mix in a food processor until I get the consistency I'm happy with. Refrigerate overnight for best results.



  • Large can of diced tomatoes
  • Diced tomatoes (1)
  • Red onion (1)
  • Fresh bush of Cilantro
  • garlic salt
  • fresh gloves of garlic (2)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lime Juice
