Painted Kitchen

 I have been working on a project this past week that took a little longer than expected. I decided against my husband's will that I wanted to paint my kitchen (again). I really want to redo my entire kitchen, but that means painting my cabinets white, walls gray and getting all new stainless steel appliances. Right now, I don't have the time or the money; I opted to go cheap. So, off to Sherwin Williams we went.
Once we arrived, the gray paints captured my eye and I couldn't pull away. Finally, my husband convinced me, that we needed to stick with the plan. We toggled back and forth and ended up going with a pale yellow called Traverine. Take a look at the dark green that we to paint over.

I also decided to go simple and de-clutter. I have grown to like simple and neutral colors. I have out grown the deep colors. Here is the finished product.

I added a little greenery to my creamer pitcher.
