Mason Jar Vase

Have you ever executed a successful DIY project? Once your project is complete you get full satisfaction of taking a piece of trash and converting it into a treasure that you can enjoy! Below, see my simple project.

I started out by taking a medium size mason jar that I was given by our local Red Door Thrift Store. You may use any size that fits your needs.

Next, grab a can of spray paint and began spraying. I used the Rustolem Brand, Painters Touch in "Satin Strawflower". I put two coats to ensure it was coated well throughout.

Now, its time to add your embellishments. I inserted a bundle of artificial flowers and tied a spool of small burlap rope around the top; I then tied a small knot.
